Hello player!
I will be showing you three different bans and how to deal with them.
Chargeback Bans:
If you get banned by Console for the reason [AUTO BAN] Chargeback and you didn't do anything, private message @voodootje0#0001 or @Gunfire#0001 on discord and explain the situation. If you charged backed on purpose, you are permanently banned from Jartex with no appeal.
Console Bans:
If you are banned by Console and you did nothing, don't stress out. Join the discord and go to #assistance_chat and send a screenshot with your taskbar and wait for a Jr.Mod or higher to unban you. If you are banned for the reason Mob Aura then you can't do this and have to wait out how much ever time you owed.
Staff Bans:
If you are banned by a staff member, you can wait out your punishment if it is not permanent. If you are permanently banned or don't want to wait out your punishment, you can appeal on the forums. If you believe that you were falsely banned and you have video proof of when you were banned, you can put the link to the video in your application and explain how you were not breaking any rules. If you have no proof, make sure to read the requirements and make an application that you feel is worthy of being accepted. Remember you only have 5 appeals, so make them wisely and with good effort so you don't run out.
