There are many IPs for jartex.
Do they affect ping?
And if they do, what is the closest for Sri Lanka?

It doesn't effect your ping that much. Maybe from 1 to 10ms and that's it.​

I don't recommend using the proxies. it may effect your gameplay which also leads to some bugs in-game. Thiemo himself didn't want people to use this IPs.

If you don't know which proxies I'm talking about, here's an example:

If you're using one of those, change it as fast as you can.

It won't affect your ping, they are located on same location. I don't know why are people asking this. If you live too far away from host then don't expect good ping.
