Since people can get griefed, do they get punished, or is it their fault FOR adding them?

The answer to this question is yes, it is your fault for adding the player to your island/plot.

In Factions, there's a rule for it, it's called "Insiding" if someone insided you on factions, please do /f inspect and get proof, then report on forums.
