BedWars What do we do to expose hackers if we cant record it?

I have run into about 5+ hackers today in solo and duo bedwars and i just wanted to ask if there is anything we can do about it. I asked on discord and they told me to record it. No proof, no ban. Which is fair. But my pc will run at 20fps if i record anything over 30fps. And with 30fps u cant really notice anything. So could someone either change the way we can report hackers or reccomend me a clip software where i do a shortcut and boom a 1min clip is created

when you play try to have obs open or you can try and quickly find a staff online with /staff and invite them to your party and they can spectate or you can dm a staff ingame and tell them to watch them.
