Hello mohamedmd69,
The extinguish command voucher with the command /ext was suppose to be used to remove fire from the player when the command was used. But because of a plugin called FAWE (FastAsyncWorldEdit) the /ext command (originally from WorldEdit) was overwritten and is not usable anymore.
