I assume you're talking about mob heads, they can either be put into storage by right clicking on them, they can be sold on the market for a reasonable price, or they can be traded in for mob-coins. 10 heads=1 mob-coin. You can sell them by using the command, /heads sell. If you'd like to sell them all at once you'll need to purchase Sky-God.

Don't worry here I will give you the answer

Player Heads!
Player heads are used only to flex who you have taken down, as a trophy

IT can be obtained by the Mythical Enchant (If I am not mistaken) and it's called Headless (1-4) (its the Yellow enchant) You can view /enchants for every category and all the enchants.

Mod Heads!
Mob heads are used for /comp (/competition) and that gives us points according to the place we have won. The competitions are daily the points will help you win island value.

You can get more heads with the enchants called Mobsweep (1-10) Mobheads (1-10) Galaxy enchants (the pink ones) and you need stars that are obtained by Epic mobs.
