What is the suggestion about?

WebShooter​

Description:

There is a bow enchant called "Webshooter" and it basically spawnes webs on the person you shoot your bow at. If someone spams this then multiple webs spawn on them making it so they cant move. This means it is very hard to pvp someone when they are spamming a bow on you since you get caught in the webs which means they can then hit you as if you were trapped.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It would make pvp a lot better for everyone.​

Yes its on factions that's why I put it under factions and it be gained by archer gkit or kits. It is also easy to gain by enchanter.
