It's second april and there are people with 24 votes, but we can vote 8 times for day... how is it possible? I think there is a bug or glitch and sometimes votes doesn't counting correctly

Some vote sites allow the opportunity to vote every 12 hours, which would be twice in one day technically. That adds up to the 24, 8 for each of the two days which is 16, plus the extra 4 votes per day, which makes 24.
