Just have a question When, In which time zone and what hour (am,pm) the vote leader board will reset ?

It resets each month, and the top voters are announced then.

It resets on the last day of every month at around 11:00 Pm to midnight, GMT+2. (I cannot be sure about this, but it ends before the start of a new month)​

It can be delayed sometimes if the Owners are unable to announce the winners, etc. So make sure you join our discord if you want to stay updated regarding voting.​
