2. Adding a monthly top 10 staff hologram
3. voting for a staff give a global minigames coin/exp personal booster x2
4. voting should be anonymous and mc account must be registered at jartexnetwork.com website to prevent alt account voting
5. Adding a top 5 staff rewards​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

It will help and encourage the staff to interact more with players and having a fun environment on the jartexnetwork for both staff and players.​

I never mentioned to change any staff but its up to them if they want to be in the top 5,getting points and being in the top rated staff.This might help players remember the staff even after retiring.

If staff members were awarded something for being liked by the community, it might make them less strict about the rules since following the rules will make automatically make them less likable. So it will hinder with their job.

I downvote the suggestion due to following factors,
• staffs get already paid for their work
• it may lead to corruption
