so this site named minecraft server list is not working whenever i try to vote in this site, its shows me this error

I guess so, you can try voting 2 times but I don't know if it will work.

There are 3 things which maybe the reason you aren't able to vote

1. You have already voted
2. Anti spam not letting you vote

AntiSpam Example

This happens when you are idle on page too long, using VPNs, using browsers which have "low" browser score (like torr) or if you are just spamming for real.
This problem is very temporary and in few attempts get solved
3. Your IGN is not premium

Not a valid username example

This problem is not temporary
If you don't have an account registered at minecraft.net you can't vote using that IGN.
