How do they have extra votes? Ok the day I'm posting this thread is August 24! So yea there are 7 links (2 of them can be done multiple times a day) so 9 votes per day!
But 24*9 = 216. But look at this screenshot and the day I posted this? Staff's is this a bug or ip flood or something?

I don't think they are vote abusing. They may have voted before 1st aug to get extra votes.

Uh doesn't the vote reset at the end of the month?

If I'm correct, some link give double vote. As in there is a vote link where you only need to wait 12hours.

This is not a bug/ip-flood or anything its just a trick voters use like you can vote on two devices on the same time and on the same website youll get two votes (<---Not sure about this one) and youll get extra votes while voting during the reset.

On the first day of votetop the site resets multiple times and so people use that trick and get more votes.

Never heard of that first one (voting on two devices) maybe you're confusing it with something else?
