Yes, you recieve them everytime
even if you werent online for days
Every vote is counted and rewarded

Athough vote rewards in gamemodes which reset should be used before they expire like survival, skyblock, prison, etc

Yes this works because i was off for 2 weeks but i still voted and i think i got all the votes when i logged on
