Vineheart Gkit which give junglelistic lootcrate bugs when getting Enchant orb

Me and bajowtf both opened a lot of these after spending money to get these gkits, and we got scammed many times by getting the enchant orbs, so when our gkit were ready, we recorded it and wonder if we could get a refund on junglistic crates or get our enchant orbs, ( i got it twice and banjowtf got 3 in total). it didnt appear in our /gift or inventory
