Solved USING A VPN IS ALLOWED OR NOT?

I am having insane ping, I saw that using VPN may decrease the amount of ping. I also saw that people are getting banned due to using VPNs. I am having difficult to play so I want to be sure that using VPNs are allowed or not.

if the request gets accepted then you are allowed to use a VPN on the JN
