Uses for XP

I saw some people selling 1M xp for 90M. I can easily afford that but idk what are the uses of XP besides for buying enchantment books. Can anyone tell me all the uses of XP? Thx in advance

You can use xp in getting vanilla enchants in the enchantment table. You can also use those at /magician to combine items, and use /repairer in repairing your armor for your exp.

you can also buy books and turn them into dusts by using /tinkerer.
