Updating skyblock to 1.12.2​

Description:

There very limited items in 1.8.9. For eg blocks if you see there is no concrete and various other blocks in 1.8. So maybe updating skyblock to 1.12.2​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Updating may help the building community a lot in making cool builds and modern mansions.​

Extra Information:

1.12.2 is best option as 1.14 is very laggy​
