Solved Unregistering my account

Alright, so I've been told to contact voodoo or any higher ranking member of staff to help me with this issue. Only problem is, none of them reply. So I've been waiting for a good week now for support but to no avail. My main account (Sahvi) isn't able to register onto Jartex because of an alt I made to test for poor connection. I need the alt, Capella, removed from the database completely so I can continue playing. Can someone PLEASE help me? I've waited so long for support and no one seems to have bothered to help.

I ask of you please to have extreme patience with our upper staff, because I’m almost positive that there have been many other issues that have arised and are of bigger severity than a simple account un-register. I’m not trying to label your situation as unimportant, but I’m 95% certain that there are other situations such as bugs that have all of our upper staff’s attention towards fixing those bugs. This is most likely because it effects the whole player base of the server, and not just one person. Someone in the higher staff team will get to you eventually, so please keep being patient.
