Yea you can only report staff if he false muted you

Since you're muted ingame you have two options.
- You can wait out your mute
- You can appeal your mute here: https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/unmuteappeal/

Your mute must be longer then 24 Hours in order to make a appeal.
