First of all, you do not address a staff member as dude, as it is simply disrespectful. He is just doing his job, and gave correct information about the reported bug. Minecraft 1.8.8, on which the server runs, isn't a perfectly made version and for sure has some glitches in it. As the problems is not caused by Jartex or any of its systems, we cannot give your items back. This has already been explained by unfollowers, as he already told you that it is smarter to clear your inventory before building such things.

Thread is now locked, as the stuff will not be given back to the user, as this is not caused by a bug in the Jartex server system.
