I do not have discord account too i need to verify it with a phone number and i am a 12 year old

VPN is a thing which hides your online activity like IP address , browsing history , etc

In all this IP address is important to ban hackers , so you will be not able to join jartex until you turn off your VPN

By the way you are not banned , you are just kicked because you are using a VPN

join the discord server and go to the assistance chat and screenshot it in a smaller resolution where we can see your taskbar so we know that you are not using an VPN
