Unable to remove shops from kicked people

On my island, I decided to kick one of my teamates. However, I found out that he/she made a chest shop somewhere on the island. How can I remove the shop?
When I try to break the sign or shop, it is protected and I am the owner to the island. Is it okay if you automatically remove the shops from one island when a person is kicked or just help me remove the shops? The owner should have the right to remove the chest-shops of kicked people, right??

Only the person who created the shop has access to delete the shop.
If you want to get the shop deleted just ask the guy who made the shop to delete it, or just contact a Jr.mod and up!

I contacted a Jr. Mod Pingering who is online just now and it seems that only Sr. Mods can delete chest shops. Can any Sr. Mods that see this help me? The chest shops are from X:31482, Y:82, Z:-35012 to X:31481, Y:83, Z:-35003. I am JWang2147483648 and you can /is warp me. Exit the house the welcome sign is in and walk directly next to the ocelot farm and you can see a row of outstanding chests
