Forums Unable to click or type or do anything in a certain space

I don't know if it's just me or the entire community have things to do with this.

Basically, there is a line appearing in my PC. I can click and do anything below the line. However, when I tries to click ABOVE the line, nothing seems to happens. I can't do anything above that line.

Any ways to solve this situation?

Welp I realizes that it's the ad blocking it secretly, trying to find ways to fix this problem
