What to do when you have been falsely banned by Console?
Yes sadly it can happen, Players get falsely banned all the time by console, just don’t freak out about it. In this situation you should simply Contact a Jr.Mod or higher (Mod, Sr.Mod,Admin) and tell them that you have been falsely banned. With this you should too show them the reason of your ban with a Screenshot thats is FULLSCREEN (If you don’t have a screenshot application press F2 and go to your .minecraft -> Screenshots) you should too send a link to your ban page (To find your ban page go to this website: https://jartexnetwork.com/bans/bans and there you will have to enter your IGN. After entering your IGN simply copy the link to that page). The Staff Member will then decide if your worthy of receiving an unban.
What to do when you have been falsely banned/muted by a Staff Member?
This rarely happens and might have been a typo mistake etc. DO NOT FREAK OUT, mistakes happen all the time. If this happens to you, you should first wait around 5-10 minutes in case the staff member realizes their mistake and needs to contact a superior to resolve the issue.
If you are still punished go on to the jartex Discord and go to the Assistance chat and explain what happened (If possible join the Help Support Waiting Room voice chat on Discord) If no Staff respond to your shout for assistance feel free to pm a Moderator or Higher (Mod, Sr Mod, Admin) and explain what happened.
If you received a mute/ban and they don’t believe you, you might have to make an appeal here: ( https://jartexnetwork.com/forum/forums/appeal/ )
If you received a perm ban and they have video evidence of you “cheating” you might have to make a unban appeal here ( https://jartexnetwork.com/forum/forums/appeal/ ), if you have to make an appeal i suggest you read my How to make a good unban appeal part of this thread below.
How to get unbanned/unmuted?

When you are banned you will have to make an unban appeal or unmute appeal here: ( https://jartexnetwork.com/forum/forums/appeal/ ) In this appeal you will have to be as honest as possible and prove that you are innocent or guilty (If you were guilty explain why you did it and be as honest as possible, i usually suggest when you are guilty that you make a bigger unban appeal especially as it makes you rethink why you did certain things and "you mature your self").
PS: In rare cases all you need to do is contact a Moderator or above and you'll be unbanned.
How to make a good unban appeal?
When making an unban appeal you will have to be as honest as possible, since you might have been cheating and want an unban because you miss Jartex, so I cut this in to two segments;
-Falsely banned:
If you were falsely banned you should get as much proof as possible that your innocent, the best way to do this is to try and ask if they have video proof of you “cheating”, if they do you should request to see it. (Sometimes the player that reported you doesn’t want it to be shared) IF you were able to get the video watch it, try and get some reasons why it might of looked like you were cheating example; The player that is recording is lagging, You were lagging and its clearly visible, This doesn’t look like any kind of cheat, My head was moving a lot cause of my sensitivity… When you have a couple of good reasons you should start writing your unban appeal on an exterior program (Why? Because you will want to remove as many writing errors as possible) You should explain the reasons the best possible , while doing this you want to make it look professional and clean. Maybe send a YT video showing how you PvP on an other server and if possible try and recreate what happened to prove that that’s how you PvP. If your appeal gets denied do not argue but wait a week and try again.
With all of this you will be able to write a great unban appeal.
-Was using a Hacked Client or Illegal Client/Modification to the game
Yes, you admit to cheating. If you want to be unbanned you will have to be as honest as possible explaining what Hacks you used and why you should receive an unban. While writing you will have to say sorry to everyone you hurt by cheating. You should too make it look as professional as possible and put a lot of time and effort in to this. You should not think that Staff are stupid, they will check everything you say. Always be smart during your appeal. Do not lie! You should to explain why you were cheating and why you will never cheat again. If your appeal gets denied do not argue but wait a week and try again.
With all of this you should be able to write a good unban appeal and hopefully be unbanned.
How to make a good unmute appeal?
You have been muted and want to do an unmute appeal because it’s a long mute (more than a week) or simply you were falsely muted for a period of time and want an unmute;
-False mute:
When you are muted you receive a message, you should screenshot the message ( If you don’t have a "screenshoting" program use F2 and then go to .minecraft > screenshots). If possible include the last couple messages you sent in the screenshot. Then while you are writing your unmute appeal you will need to include these screenshots and explain why you've been falsely muted and why you are worthy of an unmute.
-Was fairly muted:
In this situation i highly suggest you wait out the time period due to it allowing you to reflect on the punishment received. If it is a permanent muted i would suggest you wait a couple of months/weeks and then apply for an unmute. In your unmute application explain what you did and how you learned from this situation.
