i Had won twitter giveaway in immortal faction at feb 06

till i didnt got rank i dmed but no further reply from jartex network
and i did late dm

However in your case am pretty sure that owners didn't get IGN from you on time because ranks and giftcards from the next twitter faction reset giveaway are definitely already claimed ( I know this cause I got my immortal rank from the next giveaway)
You should DM Rodagave#0001 on discord, and am pretty sure he will help you get your rank back.

Dm a sr.mod, and ask them to give the rank, and also sent them a screenshot, If they didn't reply wait at least 1 week, so they can reply to you

If you message them on Twitter there's still a chance you will get it (probably the next time he gives out Twitter ranks for a different gamemode)
