I don't think Jartex Supports name change not atleast on the MC server.
Best you can do in MC server is to transfer ranks from old account to new for which you need to purchase rank transfer in store for 10€.
In case of forums, I think it does support name change and you can contact a sr mod+ staff if you get stuck

You probably won't be able to msg any staff directly, not atleast untill you join Jartex discord.
Once you join it you can either go to #assistance_chat or DM a staff

No, it is not possible at all

It is not possible even with a rank transfer. It takes lots of times for something useless, that's why they are messages in chat that we don't support changing account names.
