What is the suggestion about?

To add 'Not Quite Nitro' bot to discord server​

Description:

As many know not all people have nitro and many want to use animated emojis, but you need nitro for that​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

This make it possible for people without nitro to use animated emojis and more!​
