Solved Time needed to process password reset app

Can someone please tell me how long it takes to processe a password reset app?
I have submitted one due to my account with iron rank getting compromised, I logged in from an alt today and the imposter that hacked my main is playing bedwars in the game BW4-2932. I am a level 53 with stats I have grinded hard for, i dont want anyone to ruin those

Also if any ranked people are online, if it isnt too much of a bother can you please invite the impotor and take some screenshots of their behavior, I will hugely appreciate it

Took me 6 days, if it takes longer than a week I'd say dm a senior mod to look at it

Password reset could be anytime as there will be multiple people who has been requesting for password reset. So I would say either within a week or 2 or maybe more, depends, but usually would be within a week or 2.
