thr rusher talent

i have bought the rusher talent thinking that i will randomly get speed 2 as said in the talents description, and i have upgraded it to increase my chances, but it has never worked, i have never got speed 2 unless i buy a potion and drink it, so please see if you can try fixing it if there is a bug.

The rusher talent will have a chance of working after you break a bed not randomly.
