You should try ignoring the people on chat by using the command /ignore <username> and if they're toxic and swear, you can report them here.
Here is a link of the server rules which may help you in reporting people.
Evidence requirements for reporting people-

• At least 30FPS!
• At least 720P video quality!
• Full-screen video and / or screenshots!
• The scoreboard must be visible.
• Nothing may be blurred out / cropped out!
• The video must be long and clear enough to spot the rules broken!
• If the video is longer than 3 minutes, you must provide time-stamps!
