There's a hacker

There is this guy hayylion and he's a hacker. He just basically can fly across the map and break people's bed with no even breaking the blocks. Please do something about this

Report them with this link.
Make sure you have evidence of them cheating / rulebreaking.
If you can't record them, try doing /staff in-game. If there's a staff in your gamemode invite them to your party and explain the situation to them.
