Combining all my assistance posts into one!
If this error pops up, contact a user (this could be a friend, a stranger or a staff member. As long as they can join JartexNetwork) and ask them to do /find [Your_Username]
If it is at null, close your Minecraft and wait 30 minutes. If you have a reconnect button, you could also spam it however it is sometimes ineffective.
If it is not at null and is online, contact a staff member saying that your account may be compromised. They will need to see proof that it is your account, such as your account being linked to your Discord account.
How to obtain the Donators rank on Discord and on the Forums?
Requirement: Possess a permanent rank on JartexNetwork
Link your discord account to your Minecraft account by doing /linkaccount in-game and you will receive a code. Then go to #linkaccount on the discord server and paste the text that was given to you, It will look something like ".linkaccount NoRQuIPdsl".
At this point, it should automatically be given to you. If not, type .info into a channel. If it doesn't work at that point, contact a staff member.
How do I become in possession of the Known Member, Active Member or Engaged Member role on Discord?
These roles are given to a select few people in the community, Active and Engaged are given to players who catch the management team's eye and being active in the community.
Reporter roles:

Points are simply used to indicate others on how active you are around the forums. In order to obtain points, you need to complete objectives, which you can see here: https://jartexnetwork.com/help/trophies/. When you reach a specific amount of points, You will be given a forums rank. These ranks are the following:
Note: In order to keep the rank

. You must maintain 200 video views or 20 stream viewers.

In order to become a staff member, You must apply for Trial here: https://jartexnetwork.com/form/5/select although before you do that, You must meet the requirements which are listed here: https://jartexnetwork.com/threads/applications-faq.8658/, If you have applied more than 3 times then you are unable to apply once more but if you are serious about becoming a staff member then you could message a SrMod to get permission to apply once more although not everyone is granted that permission.
Trial is the starter staff rank of all of them, You cannot become a helper straight away unless you are a previous Jartex Staff Member. You must work up the ladder in order to receive a higher role. Trials are usually Trials for about a month and then their fate is determined after so but there has been many times where Trials tend to become longer than a month due to certain reasonings such as being staff away.
If you would like to become a Developer, You would have to message the Owners ( voodootje0 or Max ) about becoming a Developer.
You can message them on Discord, Forums or directly email them using the email: [email protected]

No but it is best for you to gather up reports before applying as it shows that you are both dedicated to punishing rule breakers and that you know the rules and able to identify them.
We are looking for applicants to have around 10 hours play time at least per week. You are able to ask a staff member, any staff member, to check your playtime.
You are able to message a SrMod (Or the Manager) in order to get more permissions to apply although it is not a 100% success rate that you will get more permissions.
Your application itself doesn't need a lot of words but it needs effort and detail. Quality over quantity.
Being a Donator on the server will not effect your chances of becoming a staff member, same goes if you are not a Donator.
The normal requirement is 14 years old but there can be exceptions for those who are 13 years old, we however do not allow anyone below 13 to be a staff member on JartexNetwork.
This could be one of two things:
You must have at least 75 messages prior to applying. More information can be found here
There is sometimes a bug where it says you already have reached the maximum amount of applications, if you have not already applied three times. You must contact a staff member, it doesn't matter which staff member, and state that issue that you are facing.
To report someone, you must head over here in order to report them. Please make sure to click the correct sub forum of the user you would like to report. If the user broke the rule on the forums, click forum report. If the user was a staff member, click staff report. If the user was none of the above, click player report. Make sure to include as much evidence as possible.
No. We do not offer any special treatment to players. If you catch a staff member providing special treatment, you can feel out a staff report here.
If the user is not on Minigames, make sure to either run the command "/realname {Nickname} and screenshot that or hover over the user's name and take a screenshot of that. Both are acceptable evidence but realname is more preferred as sometimes the second method isn't always reliable.
If the user is on Minigames, put the reporter's username as the nickname. Staff Members are able to check who the user is due to the fact that we are able to see what nick names users change to.

Unfortunately, you cannot. We are always required to provide the evidence unless confidential information is provided in the evidence, such as faction base coordinates. You are however able to censor anything and able to use that as evidence but you are still required to give us evidence that is unedited. Otherwise, the report will be denied for edited evidence.
You can go to the "Information" channel where you will find the "Discord Reports". You then can go there and able to report a user via the button that has been put there.
Yes. We get paid via something called Staff Credits which is simply, buycraft. Money that you can spend on the JartexNetwork store.
You can appeal here, make sure to not send anyone your appeal as it could result into a denial. Make sure to not appeal any console bans or appeal a ban that is under 24 hours due to the reason that it is against the appeal rules.
Yes! You can sponsor a giveaway by messaging a Team Giveaways member. If it all goes to plan, you will be given the "Giveaway Sponsor" role within the Discord server and your name will be mentioned when the giveaway is hosted, mentioning you sponsored the giveaway.
You can have as many as you want as long as you do not use them to break or evade any rules.
No, you are not allowed to do so unless you have the Twitch or YouTube role on the forums. If you are caught, you will be punished accordingly to the rules.
You can break light rules as much as you want in party chat or faction chat but if you are reported for any rule that is medium/severe offense, you then can get punished but it is up to the reporter entirely. Team chats are considered Faction chat, Island chat, Party chat and any chat that is your decision to be there. Meaning that the normal team chat in Minigames is still punishable for light offenses.
Mute evasion is where you evade a mute while communicating in any way possible, this includes where you talk via team chats or using signs or simply renaming items but that doesn't mean you cannot use a renamed item. As long as the item isn't communicating in any way possible, you are allowed to use it. Using a alternative account to talk while any of your other accounts are muted is also considered mute evading. Ban evading is very familiar, it is where you are using an alt account to evade a ban although some bans are acceptable to evade. Here is extra information regarding it:
You are allowed to ban evade punishments such as "Inappropriate Skin", "Inappropriate Username", "Staff Impersonation", "Player Impersonation" and "YouTube/Twitch Impersonation".
The only way to find out when a gamemode is being updated is by checking the last reset post. It may contain information such as saying how long the map will last but apart from that, there is no other way to find out the reset date. Please also note that staff members do not have an idea of when the gamemodes are resetting either and even if we did, it would be confidential information and which we wouldn't be allowed to give out.
You can report a bug here. Please bare in mind that if you lost any items due to the bug, you most likely will not be getting them back.
Medium offences are offences that start off with a one day mute, such as inappropriate language or sexism.
Severe punishments are offences that start off with a two day mute. such as racism or death threats/wishes.

If you forgot your password, there is two things you can do.
If you have your email linked to your account on JartexNetwork, you may type the command "/resetpassword" which will send you an email allowing you to reset your password.
Do not have your email linked? There is another way! You may fill out a password reset form here: https://jartexnetwork.com/password.

At JartexNetwork, there is a system to prevent users from joining the server with a VPN however it is possible to join via a VPN by filling out a form here: https://jartexnetwork.com/form/8/select however if you are not interested in filling out a form, you can turn off your VPN and play without it.
If you have suddenly been banned out of thin air, it may be a IP-Conflict. A IP Conflict is where your IP matches to another user who is currently banned. In order to check if this is a IP Conflict, you can go to the punishments page here: https://jartexnetwork.com/bans/ and search up your username / your alt(s). If none of them are banned, this is a IP Conflict. To resolve it, you must restart your router. Once your router has been restarted, try to log in again. If the same ban shows up, contact a Sr.Mod and state that you are experiencing a IP Conflict and that you have a static IP address.
If a different ban shows up, simply restart your router again.
If your name does appear to be banned at the punishments page, this is not a IP Conflict.

If you have been banned by the console, it can be one of two things. It could mean that your account has been banned for chargeback or it could mean that the anti-cheat has banned you.
You must appeal for the chargeback ban, even if it is false, you can do so here: Unban Appeal Form
If your ban mentions the word "Client Modification" and you have been banned by the console, this is a anti-cheat ban. In order to get unbanned, contact a staff member who will redirect you to another staff member who is able to fix your issue. If your ban is under 1 hour, we advise you to wait it out as the solution may take more than 10 minutes.

A staff member may have made a mistake and banned you. In order to get this fixed, contact a staff member who is Jr.Mod or above and explain that you have been false banned. They will look at your reasoning of the ban and get the specifics and let you know if it is a false ban or not. If it is a false ban, you will be unbanned.
If you have been banned and it is not false nor aligning with any of the issues stated above. You will have to appeal this. You can appeal here: Unban Appeal Form

This means that, previously, there was a user on JartexNetwork with that specific username and since JartexNetwork is a cracked server, the username must be exactly the same as it was previously.
In order to not get this error anymore, change your username to what it is suggesting for it to be changed back to.
Example:
In this case, the user "Preskow" must change their username to "preskow"
