No matter how much i try to tell the staff the is a problem
they either ignore me or leave the server​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

there should be more helpers online so we can make jartex
a better place​

Lack on Clarification in the thread. Staff's don't simply ignore members who need assistance and ignore them, it's their job to help people. If a staff wouldn't fulfill the requirement of being a staff, they wouldn't be a staff in the first place. Most of the time when you are ignored by a staff, that means that they are busy or their dms are filled. If you don't get a response by the staffd in 2-3 days, ping them in the Official JartexNetwork server to check their dms for assistance.
