When I join the server I tried to enter my password and it said wrong password even though it was what I entered and when I tried to enter my email or change my password (which I requested) it said "you are not authenticated".

In order to add an email you need to be logged in fully, after you type the password in, you can't add an email when you haven't signed in yet. You need to submit either a password reset request on the forums, link ---> https://jartexnetwork.com/form/12/select or DM a Sr.Mod on discord to get your password changed. On average a password reset request can take 1 - 21 days, sometimes it can take longer depending on how busy the Sr.Mods are so until it is seen, you have to be patient. Once the password reset request is accepted, you can login to your account again with the new password it has been changed to. Make sure to do /cp (old password) (new password) to have a new password. Are you sure you put the correct password in though? make sure to check a few times so that you're positive it doesn't work.
