The problem with farming in Jartex Skyblock

Ok, so I've been playing Jartex Skyblock for a while now, and I think we can all agree that farming is BROKEN in this gamemode. Let me explain; pumpkins and melons sell for the same, which is $0.1, which is already too low. However, Pumpkins only drop one pumpkin, while melons drop several. Also, Cacti are WAY too overpowered. It provides a decent amount of money and it's one of the easiest farms to make in the game. SO here are my thoughts: Buff BOTH pumpkins and melons, although more so pumpkins, and nerf cacti. Also, please make upgrading spawners more expensive by increasing the exp needed to upgrade.
