If they have added any new maps or updates you can see the changes in #changelog annoucement channel on Jartex official discord server.
When a server is down for maintainance its generally for routine checks like logs checking, network tests and updates amoung many other things.
As far as I can tell TheBridge hasnt got any update specifically for it, this is last update it had

But it's in maintenance from yesterday, usually maintenance takes atleast like 6-8 hours
