What is the suggestion about?
The ability to submit reports through discord

Description:
This was an idea I had a while ago, and I developed It.
The idea is simple, You will have the ability to submit reports through discord. Either it's chat, forum or game report.

By simply typing in a command.
It will be efficient. I have already a demo done for an example, Had more than one idea that I will explain right away.

The first idea is to DM the BOT through discord, it will ask you for the required information (same info as the forums) and it will be cross channel, What I mean that it will send a message in a specific, locked channel in the official Jartex server. The mods will react with accepted, denied or already reported and it will change the message and message the user.

The same idea above would be implemented under the idea of a command in the discord server through a specific channel as a command like 'j.report chat BimaTh User Caps proof' j stands for Jartex

1st argument as the type of report, 2nd as the user's in game name, 3rd user reported, 4th The rule broken, 5th is the proof (a link like the forums using prnt.sc or imgur)

In case it's denied the bot will ask for the reason and will add it in the report.

The second is a bit harder, It will require database, but it will be more flexible. SO I wont explain it right now, Maybe later within the suggestion.

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
Will make report easier in some cases, and more efficient

Extra Information:
Thanks for reading, would love to hear your option :D

I really like the idea but instead of them DMing a Bot, I'd suggest making a channel for it.
Many (new) people will be clueless to dm the bot.
If you don't understand, here's what I mean...

Having a channel like this.
You can then fill out the information.

You can report them if you don't have proof of them hacking.
Then maybe a staff member can reply with a (y). Saying that the person has been dealt with.
Example:

or if the person isn't hacking, they'll reply with (n)

Alright, that's it from me :)

Fair point, I suggested both ideas. DM me if you want to get the idea of the demo

Could be hard to implement but +1 because it would be very useful if it worked.

Suggestion - DENIED
Hello, BimaTh
Thank you for your interest in JartexNetwork by creating a suggestion for the network. After reviewing your suggestion, I have decided to deny it for the following reason(s);
  • Though your idea is highly detailed, and has potential, implementing this mechanism would ruin the experience of reporting players through the forums.
Have fun playing on JartexNetwork!
Kind Regards,
~ Rodagave115
