u can report rule breakers here however, u need to have a valid proof of them hacking so I recommend running the X-box game bar background recording on rec last 1 minute always to make sure u capture anything that happens

Being a backstabber of a scammed does not count as an offensive however if you really think he's teaming with hackers then Record and send it in the Gameplay report section, Teaming with hackers is bannable but you need valid proof in order to get him banned
