So basically, giving players a small damage immunity period after using the /tpa command or using shops teleports (or /warp). This makes it so that tp killing doesn't end up being as much as a problem (falling damage traps, lava traps....all become temporarily useless giving you the chance to tp away safely or use the /trapped command).
Yeah you can just report the player that tp killed you but with your items and resources already gone as well as your exp the damage is already dealt. This just ensures that the damage that would have otherwise happened is now nullified.
Obviously it don't need to be implemented to spawn tp's or places where damage can't be dealt like /ah or crates.

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?
Massively lowers TpKill deaths, increase players trust in the tpa command and other stuff that i said before in details.
