in factions you guys should make the chest which have the supplies
Permanent in the warzone i mean that they should not despawn if there is no Supply Drop
it is on a cooldown then the chests should have a timer on them they should be in plain areas so
there will be some pvp action.

The Supply drops are happing every 3 hours. Therefore, you and anyone else have chances to get its drops. Making it permanent is like getting auto clickers to open and re-open them over and over again (Don't get me wrong if you didn't mean this I'm sorry.).

About the timer you can make a suggestion about it on the suggestions sections.

yes i totally ment that but your point is right about autoclicking thats why i said
that they should be in plain areas so it is hard to get the drops
