Stupid prison cell rule​

Hello, I would like to talk about a rule that gets people banned for a stupid reason: having a member on cell without some requirements. So there are a few reasons why this rule is bad:​

1. It makes your cell limited to a few people (your gang), means, if your gang is full, and you don't want to leave, just because of this rule, you cannot have your friends together in cell.
1.2. After gatting such ban. every friend hates you and usually unfriends.​

2. Very easy to exploit: ask for invite or invite, they/you accept invite, report, and player banned. (My friend did this like 10 times without ban (actually, there is no ban for doing that) in 1 day, so i know its easy)​

So, there are some suggestion i could give to fix that:​

1. Ban only the cells that are participating in gtop.​

2. Make some kind of protection so people with other gang/no gang couldn't join you if you joined another/didn`t joined any gang.​

3.1. Unable to change gang while having access so someone island.​

3.2. Kick after joining/leaving a gang.​

4. Delete this rule.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

It would decrease amount of banned players: happier community.​
