Stuck on an Island

I warped to Dhia123's island and my FPS just goes to 0-1 fps because of how big his/her farm is. Can a mod TP me to spawn? Should I be online in order for this to be done?

Do you know the commands? You can just do /spawn.

I said I was getting 0-1 fps. I can't type anything so doing commands is not an option. It's either asking the owner to /is ban me or a staff to TP me to spawn.
