Players can have in-game names similar to other players, although they can't have an exact IGN. This is because the user can only have Usernames that aren't taken by another player, and if they are, then it's impossible to have them for yourself. If you do manage to get the same in-game name as someone else, then they would have to pass through the login process because if the location changes, then the player must log in. As for items, again, a player can't access someone else's features and items unless they pass the login process. The same goes with staff members; a player can impersonate them with a similar IGN, but they can't have the exact one. Now we have /premium; if you have a premium account, then please use /premium, as it will prevent players with the same exact game names from cracked clients from entering the server.
