Alright.
So if you want to join the staff team first of all you need to know that you have to post 30 messages, then you can apply for it.
But if you want to have more of a chance to getting accepted you know to be active on forums and discord and also reports.
When you want to report or mute someone you have to get proof like a video or a screenshot then you can report their gameplay here or chat report them here.
