It's just a rumor, they won't join party when u invite them. All you can do is record and report.

You could have recorded the gameplay and report it. Your fault. Don't blame staffs for it.

If a player has not recorded but chosen to invite a staff-member, it is not considered their fault alone, but also the staff that has ignored is responsible. Plus, in the terms of staff, becoming a Trial is approving that no player would be ignored. (Check the Trial form).

Some staff do respond to party invites, but most don't.

They do review reports on the forums, because they have to anyway. But for quick reports, either party invites, or discord DMs.
Build a friendship with a few of them and you will be prioritized.
