1 and 2. If the staff member in question is okay with it. For example, a chad like bene_e would be ok with me calling him an "asshole", but someone like iFly wouldn't.

3. Also depends. Do you count "gay" as an insult? Or as a joke? I call chocz gay, and I don't get punished because he doesn't take it as an insult and he knows im joking. He is very straight (another joke).

4. Racism is also allowed in party chat, if everyone in the party is ok with it. It obviously depends on one of the party members to "snitch" on you and report you on the forums, therefore implying you should stop being friends with them, and that they were not ok with it.
5. Same goes for this.
6. As far as I know, private games are not punished for. Ranked Bedwars has a lot of captials, where staff members partake in games, however they aren't punished. I'm not sure if the same is applied for racism, but I doubt you would be so pathetic as to spectate private games and see if people are racist RIGHT?

7. I already answered this, and as far as I know, it is allowed. Since staff members don't punish for it in private games, I doubt you reporting somebody breaking one of these rules whilst in a private game would get it accepted. If you however, report them without specifying this was in a private game, you can of course be punished for faking evidence.

8. Yes it is

9. Depends on the severity of it. For example, "I banged your mom" is something I would tolerate if I was a staff member, but something like

Severe text

I raped your mom hardcore and she choked on my cum

is something that would be punishable.

10. For this, I don't know. I would tolerate a simple upside down T, although some staff wouldn't. I would ask the player to remove it after everyone gets a laugh in.
