Solved Staff be online

every time i find a hacker no staff is online at that time, this wasn't like that before. I once invited a staff and he was so kind with me, then i felt that now i can finally deal with brutal hackers but now i think i was wrong.

Staffs won't be online everytime, that's why REPORT feature exist. You should be doing something to help/assist them catch hackers!
