I cannnot access to Staff Applications! What happen to it!? Did i break any rules?

You haven't satisfied all the requirements on forums like the total 10 msg one. It may also be that applications might be temporarily closed cause they only take few at a time. You can check all requirements below

The Requirements!
• Must have a decent activity on Discord.
• Forums account must be at least 31 days old and have posted at least 10 messages.
• Cannot be staff on another server.
• At least 30 hours total online time (Exceptions can be made by messaging a SrMod+)
• No mutes or bans in the last 14 days. (This does not include successfully appealed punishments.)
• Must be an active player in the community prior to submitting a staff application.
• Extensive knowledge of JartexNetwork's game modes and what they have to offer.
• Ability to properly identify and punish hacked clients, spam, threats, etc...
• Proper grammar and spelling.
• You must have a clear understanding of the rules and how to uphold them.
• Dedication, teamwork, and professionalism when the occasion calls for it.

Hey! Those were the old requirements.
This is the new one.
➤ You must have a total of 75 messages on the forums.
➤ You must meet the age required in your country to use Discord.
➤ You must have a working microphone (Exceptions can be made, contact a Sr.Mod or the Manager with details).
➤ You must be actively reporting rule-breakers before applying.
➤ You must have more than 1 month as a part of the Network and the community.
➤ You must know how to fluently speak English.
➤ Proper grammar is required.
➤ You must be able to record videos with a quality of 720p or greater.
➤ You must not have had any punishments 14 days prior to submitting your application, warnings are not included.
