Specific Duties for Server-Moderators​

Description:

We have to Recruit more staff members from All JartexNetwork Gamemodes, and Distribute their duties into specific servers.
I've seen many times whenever I do /staff I see multiple staff members on a single Server, while other servers are open for Cheaters and Rule Breakers.

Number of Moderators + Their Duties:

1) 6 Server-Moderators for Bedwars+Skywars from different Timezones.
2) 4 Server-Moderators for Practice from different Timezones.
3) 5 Server-Moderators for Prison+Factions from Different Timezones.
4) 5 Server-Moderators for Skyblock-Dream+Skyblock-Fantasy from Different Timezone.
5) 1 Server-Moderator for Creative.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

This will help JartexNetwork Community to get a low amount of hackers Rule-Breakers and when staff member would have their Specific Duties on their servers.
There are 7 Trials, 8 Helpers, 4 Jr.Mods, 4 Moderators and 3 Sr.mods = 27.
21 of Server-Moderators/Helpers Duties has been Specified.
while 6 remains.
These 6 Server-Moderators will be those 3 Sr.Mods and 3 of those 4 Moderators. = 6
Their Duty will be on Forums/Appeals/Applications.​

Extra Information:

We can Ask some staff members where they want to be their duty.​

Edit: It will help Staff members Dealing with Rule Breakers/Cheaters easily and server will get a low amount of Rule Breakers.
we have to gather more staff members from Different JartexNetwork's Servers.
Atleast 10 more Staff-Members.
So they will do the Remaining Task/Extra ordinary Task and give helping hand Keeping the server Clean.

You can't really force a staff member to play on a specific gamemode that they dislike, I mean if there is a hacker then sure they can check it out, but staying on the gamemode forever is not something they would love doing.

Not Forcing.
I've Mentioned about picking some Players for this Duty who are active in a Specific GameMode.
For e.g. OptimasCraft and LION4_ are one of the most Active players on Bedwars, Staff can choose players who are honest, Active and Loyal.
