What is the suggestion about?

Spawners shoudlnt be allowed to be stored in pv​

Description:

I think factions would see way more action, if higher ranks( with basically unlimited pv) amounts wouldnt store like all of their spawners in pv for more than half of season.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

More action always better on factions?​
